TRAVELING DESTINATIONS THAT ARE A MUST FOR YOUR BUCKET LIST

As anyone who loves travel stories knows, there are so many places to visit and each has a unique element that makes it special!

There is the great wall of China; Rome and wonders of the Colosseum, both above and underground; and Singapore, with its world-famous street food and diversity.

It doesn’t matter what type of traveler you are – adventurous, history buff, or someone who just wants to relax – there are a few places everyone should visit at least once in their life. Certain places are worth going to experience their special spirit, and to add your story to that of millions of others!

1.  Vegas:

Vegas is one of the most infamous places in the world. If you want a great travel story, you can’t beat Vegas!

Dubbed as the “home of ultimate partying”, Vegas is a blend of all the elements of a perfect vacation destination.

It offers something for everyone. If you enjoy betting and want to test your luck, then there are numerous casinos. If you admire amazing architectural structures and want to see an example of American ingenuity, then the Hoover Dam is just the thing you are looking for.

With a huge variety of wonderful hotels, you can pick a place close to all the spots you want to visit, like Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino. You also can enjoy all the facilities at the resort and be pampered in its spas, something you will need after collecting stories at all the amazing destinations and adrenalin-filled experiences Vegas offers.

2.  London:

London has been a world center for more than a thousand years. It is one of the most visited destinations in the world because of its rich diversity and history.

This city has it all, history, world capital status, the most famous royal family in the world, and the most institutions of higher education in Europe.

London has much to offer: the famous double-decker buses, the tower bridge on the Tames, Westminster Abbey, Gothic-style cathedrals, Buckingham Palace, and the National Museum, which is the infamous home of treasures from all over the world. There is also the iconic observation riverside wheel that is featured in the annual New Year’s Eve firework show.

London is a city with much to show and say. If you can’t come back with some good stories, you’ve haven’t experienced this city!

3.  Istanbul:

This city has seen a lot of empires and even more wars. It has been a capital for the Romans, Byzantines and the Ottomans. Sitting on the only sea route between, Black sea and Mediterranean, it is the city that connects Asia to Europe culturally.

The most modern city in Turkey and the most populous city in Europe, Istanbul packs in centuries of history, which are layered in the different sections of the city.

The famous Hagia Sophia, which was built as a cathedral and later turned into a mosque, tells the tale of what the city has seen and lived through. Istanbul’s architecture is influenced by different times, religions, and empires, giving the city its own unique taste.

Istanbul now also houses the world’s biggest airport, built to bring back tourism to this metropolis – which seems to be working! From the Grand Bazar to its huge malls, from Oldtown to its vibrant nightlife, with modern music and local and international cuisines, Istanbul offers the best of both worlds.

4.  Maldives:

A group of Islands set in the deep Indian Ocean and protected from the mighty ocean by coral reefs, the Maldives is famous for crystal clear waters and beautiful oceanic life.

These islands are the epitome of oceanic beauty. With numerous expensive resorts built to give you a personal and private experience, the Maldives is the ultimate luxurious vacation experience.

However, what makes visiting the Maldives even more important is global warming. Because of the rising sea levels, this little oceanic heaven will likely be underwater in the next couple of decades.

It’s now or never if you want to visit the Maldives!

5.  Tokyo:

This city is an experience in itself. Tokyo has it all, from a thousand-year-old culture to the most tech-savvy districts in the world.

For the nature-lover, Tokyo has huge parks all over the city, including Sumida Park, home to Tokyo’s famous cherry blossoms. The Imperial Palace is also surrounded by gardens, all of which are open for public tours.

For those who want to experience the city’s cultural sites, the Harajuku district is a unique  market catering to youth and teenagers.

If you are an anime fan, the Ghibli Museum is the place for you.

Tokyo also has many districts and places that offer intimate experiences and privacy while drinking and eating, something that is very important in Japanese culture.

By looking at Tokyo Skytree, or Tokyo Tower, Tokyo does look like a modern-day metropolitan, but it is a cultural experience like no other.

6.  Hawaii:

Set in the middle of the deep pacific ocean, these islands are something of a wonder. With many live volcanoes, these green islands have much natural beauty to show.

Many national parks have been made on Hawaii to preserve its natural beauty. Hawaii Volcanoes National Park is home to two live volcanoes, a rare sight that is a must-see. Kilauea volcano is the most active of the volcanos, where you can see lava falling straight into the ocean.

Hawaii is home to the world’s most active volcanoes, rare pacific culture and people, lush green scenic beauty, some of the most beautiful of all the US beaches, and unique wildlife. Everyone comes away with a great story to tell!

And, if you fall in love with Hawaii’s natural beauty, you can purchase a national park poster to remember your visit.
